Bigger Picture Indoor Team Building Event

The Bigger Picture event is an upbeat indoor team building activity about creating team work of art on a massive scale! Most people appreciate art in some form or another, and many companies nowadays have works of art hanging on their office walls. This upbeat team challenge requires delegation skills, leadership and clear communication not only between team memberrs but between the teams as well. Using a painting or image by a well-known artist, the team challenge for the day is for teams to work together to produce a giant, replica masterpiece of their own.

The main work of art is produced on giant canvas divided into several sections. Each team of delegates is allocated specific sections to complete. Issued with paints, brushes, overalls, canvasses, pens, pencils and rulers each team must perform various tasks and liaise amongst themselves to ensure that the end result lives up to expectation.

Under the expert guidance of our event management team, the groups soon realise that the key to success is co-operation, communication and planning not secrecy and competition. The whole concept of the challenge is about sharing, communicating and team work to make certain that each section fits perfectly with those that adjoin it.

The final result is always breathtaking with scale, majesty and talent being very evident. This challenge leaves the teams with an indescribable sense of collective achievement.

The great advantage of the Bigger Picture is that you have something tangible at the end of the event, which will act as a reminder of what can be achieved through effective teamwork. Following the event, the picture can be taken away and space permitting, hung in the office, auctioned for charity and at the very least photographed with the whole team and then dismantled.
