Go Karting Team Building Grand Prix Corporate EventThe corporate karting team building experience is a fun upbeat team away day designed to promote healthy team competition and develop team unity and motivation. This team activity is based at an amazing 1100 metre circuit, using race chassis thunder Karts and ROC timing systems. Building team cohesion in this unqiue high adrenalin environment with the use of team games and team driving challenges will leave delegates with a greater feeling of untiy and motivation.
The Karting Circuit
EMG work with the UK's premier kart racing circuit offering an exhilarating 1100 metre kart race track, first class team building hospitality and catering facilities to ensure everything you need for corporate karting events and championships.
The Grand Prix Event
Plenty of track time, ultra competitive and thoroughly rewarding, our grand prix events are one of the most popular formats we run. The practice session gives enough time to learn the circuit in preparation for the first round of heats, heading up to the first corner 4 abreast approaching 50 mph, this is proper racing! If you don’t do well the first time then there’s always another heat to make up some places, Then a final awaits, which all drivers compete in. The top 3 receive trophies and the winner the all important champagne.
The Karts
We operate 13hp 390cc Thunderkarts with BIZ race chassis (not the more commonly used corporate event chassis which dulls driver input). Top speeds on the track are in the region of 55mph and with ROC timing technology keeping both drivers and teams up to date with lap times and positions ensures the ultimate corporate karting experience.
