A team building event with a difference. A great opportunity for building team work whilst taking part in a simulated Search and Rescue activity in this high performance RIB powerboat charter on the Solent.

Working as a team with genuine Lifeboat crew members the teams will develop the necessary skills to co-ordinate and implement a successful Search and Rescue mission in the challenging waters of the Solent - more than your avaerage RIB treasure hunt! Teams will each have a high powered RIB “lifeboat” with a professional skipper at their disposal (all skippers are active volunteer crew at the local lifeboat station).

Using official search techniques with clear communication, leadership and cohesion, teams must work out the most effective way to conduct the search and how to most effectively use the resources at their disposal. Once the plan is in place then the teams must take to the water and recover the casualty. During the search the teams will be updated by radio by the on-scene commander as the scenario changes and the challenge becomes more difficult, testing the teams and requiring them to work as a cohesive unit. During the day the teams will also be set a series of additional challenges.

The “casualty” can be a many things including items related to your business, your MD or even a new product you wish to launch.
