Each table forms a team of Cryptologists who are racing to discover the secret codes they need to open their unique “code-locked” walnut and brass cylinder (otherwise known as the Cryptex) and access the Ancient Chalice at the finale.

The Da Vinci Code team building event is unique because the historical artifacts are unique to this event. These works of art have been ingeniously designed and created by a team of professional artists and sculptors. Each one holds secrets and clues that relate to the mystery facing your teams.

The murder trail follows a plot similar to Dan Brown’s best selling novel. It’s not necessary to have read the book or seen the film because this event is an experience in itself.

The Format

Your team becomes united in fascination because they are completely absorbed together in the murder investigation. This is achieved by using genuine works of art which hide genuine secrets. Instead of simply using their imagination teams must work with the reality in front of them. Working out how the clues fit together requires the input of every member of your team because the clues are hidden in very different ways. Some use word play, others require skilful observation, some require dexterity, and others benefit from attention to detail.
You will learn a certain amount about your team subconsciously when you take part in the Da Vinci Code team event. You’ll see your colleagues in a new light, behaving in different ways in a different setting while you’re all having fun.
The Da Vinci Code is designed to work for groups of most sizes. The number of museum exhibits your team visits will depend on the total number of participants and the amount of time you have.
Your adventure begins in one main room where teams assemble for the investigation briefing. Your teams then visit the exhibits which are set up on display around the venue in additional rooms.
